Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in Bangalore. This full-time, junior-level position requires 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. You will play a crucial role in building a strong workforce within VCATCH.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in talent sourcing techniques, utilizing multiple platforms and networks to attract top talent (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems for managing recruitment processes efficiently (Mandatory skill).
  • Skilled in interview scheduling, ensuring alignment of candidate and interviewer availability (Mandatory skill).
  • Ability to conduct behavioral interviews that identify candidates competencies and cultural fit within the organization.
  • Solid experience in resume screening, capable of identifying key qualifications and experiences in potential candidates.
  • Possess strong employer branding skills, promoting the company as an attractive workplace to prospective employees.
  • Proficient in sourcing talent through innovative methods, including social media and job boards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the company.
  • Source candidates through various channels, ensuring a diverse and robust talent pipeline.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems effectively to manage candidate information and recruitment workflows.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment processes and influence employer branding strategy.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
