What You'll Do
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-technical & bulk roles
- Source candidates via Naukri, Indeed, social media & referrals.
- Screen profiles & conduct HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews & manage candidate communication
- Work closely with hiring managers on requirements
- Maintain trackers, reports & hiring data
- Build a strong talent pipeline for ongoing needs
- Manage multiple roles and close positions within timelines
What We're Looking For
- 24 years recruitment experience (Non-IT / Volume Hiring)
- Strong sourcing & screening skills
- Good communication & negotiation ability
- Organized and target-driven mindset
- Comfortable working onsite in Hyderabad
- Immediate or quick joiners preferred
