We are seeking a tech-savvy recruiter with 2+ years of experience in Recruitment, operations, or automation. This role focuses on end-to-end recruitmentsourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, talent mapping, and stakeholder managementwhile also contributing to business operations, consulting, HR automation, and organizational development. Multitasking, cross-functional skills, and HR technology expertise will ensure success in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and digital HR transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver top candidates.
Leverage AI tools, ATS platforms, and automation workflows to optimize hiring.
Build employer branding and digital outreach campaigns on LinkedIn and other platforms.
Support related projects where recruitment overlaps with business or operational priorities.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of professional experience in recruitment (HR focus).
Additional exposure to operations, business management, or automation domains is a strong plus.
Strong academic or professional credentials (MBA/HR/Business/Tech certifications preferred).
Excellent communication, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with digital hiring tools, AI-driven recruitment platforms, and data-driven decision-making.
