Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process
- Source candidates through job portals, social media & references
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate technical interviews with project managers
- Follow up with candidates through the entire hiring lifecycle
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs
- Learn and support general HR operations when needed
