Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process
• Source candidates through job portals, social media & references
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate technical interviews with project managers
• Follow up with candidates through the entire hiring lifecycle
• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs
• Learn and support general HR operations when needed
