Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter located in Kochi. The HR Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, which includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating onboarding processes, and collaborating with hiring managers to determine job requirements. Additional tasks involve maintaining candidate pipelines, posting job advertisements, and tracking recruitment metrics to ensure timely and effective hiring decisions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Recruitment, Candidate Sourcing, and Talent Acquisition
- Experience in Conducting Interviews and Understanding Job Market Trends
- Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Networking Skills
- Knowledge of Recruitment Software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and HR Compliance
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple hiring needs
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR-related roles preferred
