Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter, based in Kochi. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for various positions within the organization. Key tasks include posting job openings, coordinating recruitment activities, maintaining candidate databases, and collaborating with department managers to assess staffing needs. The recruiter will also ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process and contribute to onboarding efforts to support newly hired team members.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience
  • Knowledge and experience in recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and collaborate with team members
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment processes effectively
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and databases
  • Analytical thinking and decision-making skills to assess candidates and align them with relevant roles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
