Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for interviews.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
- Collaborate with HR team to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide feedback to candidates post-interview and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in India.
