Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter Internship role located in Hyderabad and lasting six months. The intern will assist the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fulfill organization staffing requirements. Key responsibilities include maintaining candidate databases, coordinating interviews, and updating hiring records. The intern will also engage in onboarding activities, support HR-related events and tasks, and work closely with team supervisors to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various roles
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities to manage recruitment tasks efficiently
- Basic knowledge of HR processes, including onboarding and compliance
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software is a plus
- Ability to adapt to an on-site work environment
- Relevant educational background, such as pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
