HR Recruiter

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter based in Mumbai. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top talent for various programs and projects undertaken by the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting job descriptions, posting job openings, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The Recruiter will also work on maintaining candidate pipelines, building relationships with potential candidates, and ensuring an effective hiring process aligned with the foundation's values.

• Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and recruitment processes
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and team members
• Experience with job postings, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to understand and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and values
• Previous experience in non-profit or human resources is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
