Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should be capable of sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interviews.
- Manage salary negotiation and prepare offer letters.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
- Support onboarding and document collection.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- MBA in HR
- Minimum 2 years recruitment experience
- Strong communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of job portals and basic HR processes.
Salary : Upto 35k depends on previous Salary
