Job Overview
Humanist India is hiring a Fresher Recruiter to join our HR team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to start their career in recruitment and gain exposure to domestic as well as international hiring processes.
Working Shifts (Mandatory To Mention)
Candidates must be comfortable working in any of the following shifts:
- India Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM IST
- UK Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST
- US Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST
(Shifts will be assigned based on business requirements)
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes as per job requirements
- Coordinate interviews across India, UK, and US time zones
- Communicate with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases
- Support end-to-end hiring process
- Assist senior recruiters in daily recruitment activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream
- Good communication skills (English preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Interest in HR / Recruitment field
- Comfortable working in India, UK, and US shifts
- Willingness to learn and build career in recruitment
