Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are looking to kickstart their career in recruitment and human resources.

Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with diverse teams.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms for recruiting purposes.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
