Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter with experience in volume hiring for non-IT roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume hiring.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate records of candidates.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct reference checks and background verification as required.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in volume hiring for non-IT roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Proficient in using job boards and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
