This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter based in Khambhat. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Additional responsibilities include maintaining recruitment databases, developing job descriptions, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing, and selection processes
• Proficiency in conducting interviews and assessing candidates qualifications
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR software tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional relationships
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
