Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates using various recruitment methods including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and perform initial interviews to assess candidates suitability for roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
Skills and Qualifications
