Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across multiple channels.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor recruitment approaches accordingly.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to shortlist suitable profiles.
  • Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems with accurate candidate information.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders to provide updates and feedback.
  • Assist in creating job descriptions and recruitment advertisements as per organizational needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
  • Support onboarding activities to ensure successful integration of new hires into the organization.
