Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across multiple channels.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor recruitment approaches accordingly.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to shortlist suitable profiles.
Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems with accurate candidate information.
Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders to provide updates and feedback.
Assist in creating job descriptions and recruitment advertisements as per organizational needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
Support onboarding activities to ensure successful integration of new hires into the organization.
