Role Summary
The Recruiter will be responsible for hiring staff for:
- All Sett Go The Sports Bar (FOH & BOH)
- Duckpin The Bowling Bristo (FOH & BOH)
- All Sett Go Time To Race (Go-Karting) (FOH & BOH)
- Head (Central) Office roles such as Accounts, Admin, Purchase, Logistics, IT Support & Technical Support.
The role has to ensure all locations receive the right manpower on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand manpower requirements from outlet heads and central teams.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, walk-ins, and field recruitment.
- Screen candidates for attitude, communication, grooming, and job fit.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Handle offers, salary negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and share weekly hiring updates.
- Build a strong pipeline for frequently required positions (Based on Attrition).
- Ensure manpower is in place for new launches and peak seasons.
Roles to Hire
All Sett Go The Sports Bar: Chefs, Commis, Stewards, Bartenders, Captains, Cashiers
Duckpin The Bowling Bristo: Game Attendants, Kitchen Staff, Service Staff, Supervisor
All Sett Go Time To Race (Go-Karting): Track Marshals, Pit Crew, F&B Staff
Central Office: Accounts, Admin, Purchase, Logistics, IT & Technical Support
Qualifications
- Graduate in HR or related field.
- 35 years of recruitment experience; hospitality/QSR/FEC hiring would be a plus & highly recommended.
- Knowledge of volume hiring and field sourcing channels.
Skills Required
- Good communication and people skills.
- Ability to hire quickly and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of BOH and FOH roles.
- Strong coordination and follow-up ability.
- Good with Excel/Google Sheets and job portals.
Performance Indicators (KPI's)
- Time to fill (TAT)
- Number of vacancies closed per month
- Quality of hire & hiring manager satisfaction
- Offer-to-joining conversion rate
- Attrition in the first 90 days
- Cost-per-hire (Budget Vs. Actual)
