About the Role
Soulnkey Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic IT & Non-IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various technical and non-technical positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT roles.
- Understand job requirements from clients or internal teams.
- Source candidates via job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical rounds and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment tracker/ATS and build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Required Skills
- Minimum 6 months of experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment.
- Proficiency in job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Knowledge of hiring best practices and basic HR processes.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tracking tools.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR background preferred).
- Additional HR/recruitment certifications are a plus.
