Key Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across functions (sourcing to onboarding).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, competencies, and workforce planning needs.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen and shortlist candidates through resume evaluation and initial interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders, ensuring timely feedback and closure.
- Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and candidate engagement to improve offer acceptance rates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as TAT, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and ensure data integrity.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and future roles.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Experience in hiring for corporate / manufacturing / pharma roles (as applicable)
Qualification:- Any Graduate + MBA (HR)
