Responsibilities & Duties:
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Utilize job portals, social media, referrals, and campus hiring to attract talent.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define selection criteria.
- Coordinate interview schedules and feedback collection.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Process & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, documentation, and audit requirements.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support onboarding coordination and pre-joining engagement.
Employer Branding & Engagement
- Represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and recruitment drives.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and social media campaigns.
- Share market intelligence and hiring trends with HRBP and leadership.

Educational Qualification & Work Experience:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing platforms.

- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
