Responsibilities & Duties:

Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Utilize job portals, social media, referrals, and campus hiring to attract talent.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define selection criteria.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and feedback collection.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Process & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, documentation, and audit requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support onboarding coordination and pre-joining engagement.

Employer Branding & Engagement

  • Represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and recruitment drives.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and social media campaigns.
  • Share market intelligence and hiring trends with HRBP and leadership.

Educational Qualification & Work Experience:
