We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. The primary responsibility will be end-to-end recruitment, with additional involvement in basic HR functions like onboarding and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordination, follow-ups, and closures
• Understand hiring needs and job descriptions by working closely with department heads
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking
• Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews with relevant teams
• Roll out offer letters and ensure proper follow-up until the candidate joins
• Collect and verify employee documents and maintain records
• Conduct inductions and ensure smooth onboarding experience
• Maintain hiring trackers, MIS reports, and basic HR documentation
• Publish job posts on relevant portals and support employer branding efforts
Qualifications:
• 1–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Experience with job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR systems
• Prior experience in beauty, personal care, or FMCG sectors is a plus
