Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 2 to 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and closing positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media platforms.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.

Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.

Draft and post job descriptions on different hiring platforms.

Manage offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Maintain good candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR operations.

Qualification

Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.
