Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring top talent to meet the companys staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent judgment, and a passion for building strong teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and staffing needs
- Create and post job advertisements on job boards, career pages, and social media
- Source candidates through various channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, etc.)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct reference checks and background verification
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Assist in developing recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.)
