We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Deccan, Pune. This role involves end-to-end recruitment responsibilities, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and finalizing hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Calling: Reach out to potential candidates and assess their suitability for job roles.
- Candidate Shortlisting: Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial interviews, guiding candidates through the hiring process.
- Candidate Counselling: Provide career guidance and role-related information to applicants.
- Job Posting: Create and manage job postings on various job portals and social media platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidate profiles effectively.
- Experience with job portals and recruitment tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated and proactive in handling recruitment activities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple job openings.

- Female candidates only.
- Candidates willing to work from Deccan, Pune (WFH or WFO).
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in recruitment are encouraged to apply.
