Stipend: 5,000/month

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive HR Recruiter Intern who is interested in learning and handling end-to-end hiring processes. This internship offers real-time exposure to recruitment cycles and HR coordination. Upon successful performance, the intern will be offered a Full-Time HR Recruiter role.

• Key Responsibilities
• Sourcing candidates through job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, etc.
• Screening resumes and shortlisting profiles as per job requirements.
• Conducting initial telephonic interviews with candidates.
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Maintaining candidate data and interview tracking sheets.
• Assist in onboarding of new employees.
• Participate in HR activities and internal team support.

• Skills & Requirements
• Any Graduate / Final year student can apply (HR specialization preferred but not mandatory).
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment is a plus (training will be provided).
• Ability to multitask and maintain follow-ups.
• Should be enthusiastic and willing to learn.
