Job Description
Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on job portals and social media platforms.
Source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apan, WorkIndia and other platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and documentation.
Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires.
Support employer branding initiatives (social media posts, job fair coordination, etc.).
Learn and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies tailored to the IT infrastructure space.
Completed a Bachelor's/Master's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Requirements
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition, especially in the technology domain.
- Good understanding of basic IT roles is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks.
- Exp- 2 years in Recruitment cycle.
- Qualification- BBA, MBA- HR, Any graduation
