Kay Bee Bio-Organics Pvt. Ltd., one of India's leading agri-biotech organizations, is looking for a passionate HR Recruiter to join our growing team in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles (Field, Sales, Agronomists, Operations).

Source and shortlist candidates through multiple platforms.

Coordinate with department heads to understand requirements and close positions efficiently.

Handle onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement activities.

Requirements:

Graduate / MBA in HR (Agriculture background preferred)

Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience (Non-IT preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Immediate joiner preferred
