We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in recruitment and a passion for connecting talent with opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to help our organization build a strong workforce.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using various recruiting methods such as job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for interviews.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates suitability for the role.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and postings.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with various job boards and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to hiring and employment.
