Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our HR team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong candidate assessment abilities, and a passion for talent acquisition.


Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and business needs.

Candidate Sourcing

  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals (including Naukri), LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking events.
  • Proactively build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Screening & Interviewing

  • Review resumes and conduct preliminary screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews (telephonic, virtual, and in-person).

Job Description & Employer Branding

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create clear and compelling job descriptions.
  • Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.

Offer Negotiation & Onboarding

  • Extend offers, handle salary negotiations, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Track and report hiring metrics to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.


Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

🎓 Education & Experience:

  • Proven experience in recruitment (Technical or Non-Technical hiring preferred).
  • Familiarity with HR tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and recruitment software.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to source, assess, and engage top talent.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies.
