This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Bengaluru South. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full life cycle of recruiting, including identifying, sourcing, and hiring exceptional talent. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining employer branding strategies, conducting interviews, collaborating with leadership to understand hiring needs, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

• Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
• Strong skills in Hiring and Employer Branding to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation
• Excellent Interviewing and evaluation abilities to ensure the right talent aligns with company goals
• Demonstrated experience in Recruiting strategies and tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with HR software and tools is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
