Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.
Stakeholder & Candidate Management
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
Sourcing & Screening
- Utilize job portals, social media, and networking to source quality candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Offer Management & Onboarding
- Negotiate offers and facilitate a smooth hiring process.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Recruitment Metrics & Compliance
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment.
