HR Recruiter - Non IT Recruitment

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates and be familiar with the fast-paced nature of high-volume hiring environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle for BPO and Non-IT positions.
• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and manage candidate communication throughout the process.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure timely closure of positions with a focus on quality and compliance.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• Generate recruitment reports and provide updates on hiring status.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.

Preferred:

• Experience in recruitment/staffing agencies or consulting firms.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 1 to 4 years of proven experience in BPO and Non-IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques including Boolean search, social media, and job boards (e.g., Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn).
• Experience in handling volume hiring and walk-ins.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
