Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter with experience in volume hiring for non-IT roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume hiring.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate records of candidates.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct reference checks and background verification as required.

Skills and Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in volume hiring for non-IT roles.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Proficient in using job boards and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
