Roles And Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle and implementingeffective recruiting strategiesConduct thorough
- candidate screening, including initial telephonic / competencybased assessments and eligibility verification to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Develop and update job descriptions and specifications; perform job and task analysis to define role requirements and objectives.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post job openings across various platforms,including job boards, newspapers, and collegesresumes and applications efficiently .
- Conduct interviews using reliable selection methods and tools to ensure timely and effective hiring.
- Apply HR recruiting best practices and generate recruitment reports for teammanagers.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffingagency recruiter) .
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phonenterviewing, reference check etc.)
