HR Recruiter

We are looking for an HR Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience to join our team in Prabhadevi, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and client communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals and other online platforms.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate candidate shortlisting and interview schedules.
• Follow up with candidates and clients for interview feedback.
• Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process.
• Handle client communication and maintain professional relationships.
• Ensure timely coordination between candidates, clients, and internal teams.
