Job Title: Female HR Recruiter

Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai

Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month

Experience: Relevant recruitment experience required

We are looking for an experienced Female HR Recruiter with strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing and client coordination.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, references and other online platforms.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and maintain an updated candidate database.
• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.
• Follow up with candidates and clients for interview feedback and selection status.
• Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their manpower requirements.
• Prepare and share regular recruitment status updates.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Target-oriented with good database management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions independently.
