Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive & Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and hiring talent, maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding processes, and assisting with various HR functions to ensure a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Draft and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Negotiate offers and coordinate joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
Human Resources OperationsAssist in employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
Handle employee attendance, leave management, and HR-related queries.
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Assist in preparing HR reports and MIS.
Employee RelationsFoster positive employee relationships and workplace culture.
Address employee concerns and escalate issues when required.
Support employee engagement activities and events.
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Knowledge of recruitment techniques and HR best practices.
Familiarity with HRMS software and job portals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred SkillsExperience In Bulk Hiring And Lateral Recruitment.
Understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
