Join our dynamic team as an HR Recruiter Intern. Gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process for both IT and Non-IT roles, with potential for a full-time opportunity based on performance.

We are looking for INTERNS.

Responsibility:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles based on requirements.
  • Leverage job portals like Naukri, Monster, and LinkedIn for sourcing candidates.
  • Conduct referencing and headhunting to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Source and identify high-quality profiles using creative techniques.
  • Screen candidates via telephonic interviews to assess qualifications and communication skills.
  • Match candidate profiles with job requirements to ensure the right fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule technical interviews, following up on feedback.
  • Engage with candidates from the pre-joining stage through onboarding.
  • Research and recommend innovative sourcing strategies for active and passive recruitment needs.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with job portals and social media sourcing techniques.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and decision-making abilities.
  • Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn about recruitment strategies.
