Key Responsibilities
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding.
- Develop and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed , and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives when required.
