The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent to meet the hiring needs of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and plans.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and records.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote the company and attract talent.
