Job Title: HR Recruiter

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven HR Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Experience in real estate or a similar industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates
Post job openings on job portals, social media platforms, and other relevant channels
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs
Maintain strong relationships with candidates and external recruitment partners
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Maintain recruitment data, trackers, and reports
Assist in HR operations and other HR-related activities as required

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment (real estate industry preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with job portals, ATS, and sourcing techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Good organizational and time-management skills

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
