Responsibilities

• Source candidates using various recruitment methods including job boards, social media, and networking
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates suitability
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system
• Provide feedback to candidates and keep them informed throughout the hiring process
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for open positions
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract talent

Skills and Qualifications
