Job Description

The Recruitment Executive will manage end-to-end recruitment for sales and customer service roles, ensuring timely hiring, candidate engagement, and accurate onboarding processes. The role requires sourcing expertise, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions like Sales Associate or Customer Service Associate
Post job openings on multiple job portals
Screen resumes, conduct screening calls, and coordinate interviews
Review employment applications and background check reports
Counsel candidates on corporate benefits, salary, and work environment
Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates
Upload candidate details on company portals
Release offers and ensure candidates join on the scheduled date

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in recruitment or HR operations, preferably in BPO
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
