Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and cold calling
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability
- Comfortable with cold calling, candidate engagement, and regular follow-ups
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Handle offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities
- Meet hiring targets and timelines efficiently
- Work closely with internal teams to understand hiring requirements
- Support immediate and urgent hiring needs
