Role & Responsibilities
- Source and engage candidates across LinkedIn, job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed) and social channels using targeted searches and Boolean techniques.
- Perform resume screening, initial phone/virtual interviews, and assess candidate fit against job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers and manage timely feedback loops.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure data quality and pipeline hygiene.
- Support offer creation and simple negotiation steps, and assist with onboarding documentation and pre-boarding activities.
- Prepare recruitment status reports and basic hiring metrics to help improve sourcing strategies and cycle times.
