The HR Recruiter will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to fill various positions within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using various recruitment tools and platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on qualifications
• Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates skills and fit
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements
• Manage job postings and track applicant progress
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics
• Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
