Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen resumes from job portals, social media, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidates suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting jobs on various platforms.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates.
  • Support HR team in other recruitment-related activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
  • Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
