Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and follow-up communications with candidates and interviewers.
  • Manage job postings and maintain recruitment databases or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and recruitment advertisements.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience and employer branding.
  • Prepare and send offer letters and assist with onboarding processes.
  • Track recruitment metrics and generate reports for HR leadership.
  • Stay updated on labor laws, recruitment best practices, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in [industry, e.g., pharmaceutical, IT, manufacturing].
  • Familiarity with ATS, job boards, and recruitment tools.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment compliance.
