Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers/entry-level candidates who are looking to start their career in human resources and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Conduct initial phone interviews to create shortlists of qualified candidates
• Schedule interviews and manage the interview process
• Provide feedback to candidates during the hiring process
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions
• Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the employer brand and attract candidates

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases
• Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidates effectively
• Understanding of labor laws and regulations in India
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of social media recruiting methods
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
