Job Summary
We are looking for a
results-driven Recruiter with 35 years of experience in end-to-end hiring to support our growing teams. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, excellent stakeholder management abilities, and a passion for delivering a great candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across levels
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and expectations
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and direct sourcing techniques
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical / managerial rounds
- Drive candidate engagement throughout the hiring process and ensure a positive experience
- Maintain accurate hiring data and reports on pipeline, closures, TAT, and source effectiveness
- Negotiate offers and manage offer rollouts, follow-ups, and closures
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus / lateral hiring drives when required
- Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes and documentation
Required Skills & Experience
- 35 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Strong experience in IT / Product / Engineering hiring
- Hands on experience in hiring Data Engineers/Data Analysts/Data Scientists.
- Hands-on expertise in LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, and job portals
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics such as TAT, funnel ratios, and conversion rates
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience working with ATS and recruitment tracking tools
