Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Recruiter with 35 years of experience in end-to-end hiring to support our growing teams. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, excellent stakeholder management abilities, and a passion for delivering a great candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across levels
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and expectations
  • Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and direct sourcing techniques
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical / managerial rounds
  • Drive candidate engagement throughout the hiring process and ensure a positive experience
  • Maintain accurate hiring data and reports on pipeline, closures, TAT, and source effectiveness
  • Negotiate offers and manage offer rollouts, follow-ups, and closures
  • Support employer branding initiatives and campus / lateral hiring drives when required
  • Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes and documentation

Required Skills & Experience

  • 35 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
  • Strong experience in IT / Product / Engineering hiring
  • Hands on experience in hiring Data Engineers/Data Analysts/Data Scientists.
  • Hands-on expertise in LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, and job portals
  • Good understanding of recruitment metrics such as TAT, funnel ratios, and conversion rates
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience working with ATS and recruitment tracking tools
